Freedom from Anxiety Workshop: A Natural Approach
In this workshop, I will teach you tools for overcoming stress and anxiety through yoga, acupressure and ayurvedic wellness tools. First, you will be guided into yoga postures/stretches, breathing and meditation techniques to restore balance and ease in your nervous system.
Next, you will learn acupressure points that stimulate endorphins or “feel good” hormones, so you can experience deep relaxation and release overall stress, anxiety and tension. Then, I will go over healthy ayurvedic lifestyle recommendations, including dietary and nutritional tips, so you can move from surviving to thriving in your life in order to optimize longevity. Finally, you will experience more joy, vitality, and enhance your quality of life!
